Welcome to Koseli by Hiddenlayer. By accessing koseli.hiddenlayernetwork.com (the “Site”) or collaborating with us, you agree to the following terms.

Services

Koseli provides editorial personal-branding experiences, including interviews, writing, design, web development, newsletters, and strategic advisory. Deliverables are defined in individual statements of work.

Use of the Site

• You may browse the Site for personal or informational use.
• You agree not to copy, scrape, or redistribute content without written permission.
• Attempting to breach, disrupt, or reverse engineer our infrastructure is prohibited.

Submissions

By submitting forms, stories, or assets, you confirm that:

1. The information is accurate and you have authority to share it.
2. Materials do not infringe the intellectual property rights or privacy of others.
3. Hiddenlayer may reference submitted materials to craft editorial assets, with your approval before publication.

हामीसँग काम गर्दा अंग्रेजी र नेपाली दुबै भाषाको प्रयोग सम्भव हुन्छ। अनुबन्धमा सहमत सामग्री र समयसीमालाई सम्मान गर्नु तपाईँको जिम्मेवारी हो।

Payments and refunds

Project fees, payment schedules, and refund policies are outlined in individual agreements. Unless otherwise stated, strategy deposits are non-refundable once project research has begun.

Intellectual property

• Clients retain ownership of their brand assets and supplied materials.
• Hiddenlayer retains rights to underlying methodologies, templates, and tooling used to deliver services.
• Published case studies and journal articles will be credited appropriately and shared for review before launch.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and only share with team members or partners directly involved in delivering the project. We may reference anonymized learnings in future engagements.

Limitation of liability

Koseli and Hiddenlayer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site or services. Our cumulative liability is limited to fees paid for the specific engagement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation, followed by mediation in Kathmandu if needed.

Updates

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after updates constitutes acceptance. When changes are significant, we will notify clients and subscribers via email.
